When will I receive my items?
We ship worldwide, at flat postage rates so there are no hidden extras. For the UK, we aim to process orders within 1 day of purchasing and all items are shipped Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. On a standard delivery which will take 2-3 days there is a postage rate of £3.75. For international deliveries, please expect to wait 4 – 10 days for your purchase to arrive. Postage rate for Europe is £10.00 and worldwide is £15.00.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged to the recipient of the parcel once the item has arrived at its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over such charges. We are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from each country.
